MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Joan Jaiyeola-King

A top performing professional with proven managerial skills, integrity and hard work; delivering consistent contribution to increased productivity, involved extensively in crafting business growth strategies through strong leadership skills, good business acumen and excellent networking.

Joan, has over 12 years of Banking and Customer service experience. She started her banking career in 1998, She has worked in various units and held different positions in several national banks up to middle management level. In the last bank she worked before her exist in August 2011, she headed the Oil and Gas desk, where she managed several petroleum trading company accounts for the Bank. She has brokered several bulk transactions in Oil and Gas since 2005 including but not limited to facilitating a farm in transaction in marginal fields/ moribund wells..

She Was a finance director with Okozag Services Nigeria, an indigenous Engineering and Petroleum trading company (a member of Nipco) where she learnt the basics of petroleum trading. While at Okozaq She facilitated several transactions with foreign and indigenous independent petroleum companies amongst is China Shore Development Limited, Tou Liu City, China for the purchase of bulk allocation crude oil and bulk purchase of Automated Gas Oil.

Between 2005-2007, she facilitated and acted as Nigerian representative and mandate for Ubirez Corporation, Hemstead New York and Calof Energy Inc. USA. She was saddled with the responsibility of sourcing for genuine petroleum product within Nigeria.

Joan also has on the field knowledge and interest in sand dredging and stockpiling. While working with the Bank, she has supervised several dredging jobs at Bayeku and Ibeshe water fronts in Ikorodu.

Joan has attended several managerial, leadership, marketing and customer service courses.

She is a founding director of Seagrace group and is married with children.

David Ayomide Jaiyeola-King-Executive Director

A quiet but astute and result driven business manager in the down stream sector of the petroleum industry in West Africa with over 23years experience in the distribution and trading of refined products. A resourceful and proactive manager, adept at analyzing marketing trends using best practices that will enhance business and organizational growth.

Itemeboitamuno Briggs

A proficient business professional, responsible for driving trades, national and international, forge partnership and provides customized business development strategies as it relates to our foreign clients and partners. Has proven managerial and leadership skills in handling and coordination of our companies foreign trades.

Before joining us here at SeaGrace Group, Itemeboitamuno Briggs worked at Southville Energy as the executive director of trade from 2013 - 2017.

CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING

Bob Okhemoya Osemekhai

An upwardly mobile and dynamic goal getter. Experienced in building and managing highly motivated team. with over 20 years in engineering management and construction in oil producing communities having done several projects in the area. He has wide experience in handling projects of various government agencies and organizations.
